How much does the program cost?

• We have several options based on Project Management skills and the number of people requiring training. Each course is delivered for a maximum of ten (10) students per class. The prices include the cost of travel and lodging expenses for the instructors.
  
  1. Mandatory Baseline Assessments and Three One Day Courses - $40,000 USD
  2. Optional Courses - $11,500 USD each course
  3. For corporations with over 50 students requiring training, we offer group pricing
   

Can I buy the courses individually or do I have to buy the whole series?

• PM PLAYBOOK® is a series of 11 courses sequenced to create a standardized system that embeds PM best practices in your organization. What does the course cost include?

• All the materials including course text (where applicable)

• Travel expenses for trainers

• Access online material after the courses and get additional copies of their course completion certificates.

How are classes scheduled?

• We recommend holding one class per month so the students have time to practice their new Project Management Skills and bring their work related issues to the next class.

• For organizations with more than 10 students per class, we hold the same course back to back (if you have 20 students, we do two classes back to back of 10 students each).   We also recommend the same students stay together in the same group if you have multiple sessions going.

• Upon receipt of payment, all students are registered through Cheetah’s Online Course Management system and gain immediate access to begin their baseline assessments. They will also be able to access online material after the courses and get additional copies of their course completion certificates.

Where are the classes held?

• Baseline Assessments are completed Online

• We can teach this program onsite at your organization or at our training centers.

What are the payment terms for PM PLAYBOOK®?

• To get each course on our schedule, we require payment in full

What if we need to cancel an already scheduled course?

• Courses cancelled 45 days or more forfeit 50% of the course cost. 

• Courses cancelled within 45 days forfeit the full course fee.
