Course Outline

This course consists of an actual project launch simulation where you learn the facilitation techniques by doing a project launch. You then practice the techniques on your specific project applications. As in all our Cheetah Learning programs, we use accelerated learning techniques. You learn using multiple learning pathways that enable you to grasp the information quickly, apply it immediately, and retain it for the long term. As one of our students said, "We tattoo the material on your frontal lobes and it's like learning to ride a bike - you never forget it."
